At first glance, great, another new web series from TheWB that will join the ranks of past staples like Sorority Forever, Whatever Hollywood and Rich Girl, Poor Girl. But here’s the catch. This one isn’t embeddable (yet) and is being released exclusively on the portal’s official blog, TheWBlog. Exactly, a little odd. How many people even knew they had a blog? But that’s presumably the point. Three new episodes (a three-pack?) will be out every Monday through the end of January.
As hosted informational web series go, this one is up to snuff, with the likable Eric Fleishman keeping it from going gymrat dull. Fleishman is the real deal in terms of fitness and nutrition prowess with over a decade of professional training experience in New York and LA. Celebs seems to love him, with praise from Veronica Mars star Jason Dohring and a recent appearance on The Tyra Banks Show.
