Veronica Belmont is a self-proclaimed ‘newbie foodie’. Kudos to VendrTV host Daniel Delaney for getting the venerable web series host of TekZilla and Qore to branch out and eat some weird food. We on the other hand, are repressed a bunch food snobs and Tubefilter may very well spin off a food blog to deal with this problem.
The latest episode of the street food stalking web series has the NY-based Delaney heading to San Francisco, arguably the country’s foodie mecca, to meet up with ‘Spencer on the Go‘, a french restaurant’s mobile noms truck. Being French that means plenty of weird ‘delicacies’—paté de foie gras (fattened goose liver), escargot (snails) and some fungus pastry. Belmont was a champ, sucked it up and downed the escargot-on-a-stick for our viewing entertainment. That’s good web TV.
We’ve been vicariously living through Delaney’s culinary exploits since the series launched back in February. Eight months later, he now has 23 episodes under his belt and scored a deal with online network Next New Networks. He’s been all over—Boston, Philly, New York, San Francisco, Portland and even came out to LA, though notably missing is a visit to our pals @kogibbq. (UPDATE: Ok, so Dan did in fact shoot a Kogi BBQ episode which is due out soon.)

I’ve been to Spencer on the Go. It’s awesome!
Yeah, I watched this episode yesterday and was also impressed that Daniel had Veronica jumping into the mobile gourmet goodies with him. Sweet!
So they did end up shooting a Kogi BBQ episode, eh? I thought they might have skipped Kogi during their trip to LA.
Well, while you’re waiting for Daniel’s episode check out our more edgy coverage of Kogi BBQ at Bite Me TV (http://www.bitemetv.net/biteme/biteme-ep105.htm)
