More juicy media to share from the aftermath of the bombs dropped on Comic-Con by The Guild last Friday. In case you missed the news that rocked web series fans, the popular gamer comedy series is adding geek actor-icon Wil Wheaton to the cast for its upcoming Season 3. Also a hot topic at the Con was news of an upcoming Guild comic from Dark Horse Comics, the release of an exclusive music video (that will be available on XBox in about a week) and even word that “Vork” actor Jeff Lewis will get married to his wife “in-game” within World of Warcraft. (He just has to ‘level her up’ first.)
MSN, through their sci-fi portal Parallel Universe, just released some terrific interviews (above) with Felicia Day and The Guild cast intercut with fan reactions and some unseen footage of Season 3 and the “Do You Want to Date My Avatar?” music video.
Got an XBox? We made it out of Comic-Con 2009 with plenty of loot to share with our readers and in our goodie bag is a download code to get the ”Do You Want to Date My Avatar?” music video for FREE.
