‘Looking for Grace’ is Looking for Launch Date

The product of years of friendship and previous collaborations, Looking for Grace is the latest web series to take a crack at the online marketplace.

The 10-episode drama, which has yet to bow online, is currently exploring online distribution options and is expected to run between six and ten minutes per episode.

“We have been in talks with some distribution networks, but we have not planned a specific launch date since we want to focus on completing the project and working with a network to help distribute the content,” Grace producer Chris Palsho said.

‘My Two Fans’ Premieres with Sexy Barret Swatek

My Two Fans premieres today after whetting appetites with its juicy trailer (above), marking former Quarterlife bombshell Barret Swatek’s return to web screens. Swatek stars as 20-something Kate Maxwell who attempts to rebound from a recent breakup aided by two helplessly devoted fans. The comedy web series is the first project out of MWG Entertainment, which is headed up by veteran television and new media executive Max Goldenson (daughter of ABC Network founder Leonard Goldenson).

The series is created and directed by Lauren Iungerich, who had previously directed Swatek in the Funny Or Die web series Dating for Dumbasses. Todd Felix and Bill Escudier star as Kate’s two “fans,” Franklin and Teddy, devotedly picking up after her dating mishaps and other twists of life.

‘Zerks Log’ Teaser Trailer Intercepted on Radar

Dedicated Tubefilter scouts have discovered that the teaser trailer for Zerks Log is now available for consumption at Blip.tv.

Zerks Log, a science-fiction comedy web series, is scheduled to run for 18 episodes and is aiming to launch on Monday, March 16. True to form, the teaser trailer gives us just enough to set up the show – it appears to be a sort of captain’s-log format show that gives us the story behind a long lost space expedition – and just a hint of wackiness to keep us wanting more. Zerks Log is brought to us by Storyforge Labs, a new Connecticut-based production company, though precious few details about the show or the company were available. Why so coy, Storyforge? Jason Nash’s Shirtless ‘Shaman’ Spews Spiritual Enlightenment

When Jason Nash couldn’t get his hippie wanna-be guru character, The Shaman, out of his head, it was time to find him a home. He created a new web series to give The Shaman a place to spout spiritual mumbo-jumbo and drive everyone around him crazy.
